Project 01
For this project, we raised the roof from 18.4° to 30.3° and tied in a new awning supported by four posts over a fresh concrete slab. We installed a new wood door, fascia, CDX plywood, and shingles with stainless steel fasteners for lasting durability. To finish it off, we added Hardie board-and-batten siding for a clean, timeless look.

Project 02
This home received a complete roof replacement covering 45 squares, with pitch transitions ranging from 3/12 up to 12/12. Over the years, improper chimney venting had caused significant warping in the roof sheathing. Our team carefully removed the damaged materials, corrected the venting issues, and rebuilt the roof system with precision and durability in mind. The finished result not only restores the home’s protection, but also enhances its curb appeal with a clean, high-quality look built to last.
